Norwich Family Farmed Beef
Norwich has selected small family run beef farms to create a hormone and antibiotic free product without compromising any of the superior flavour and tenderness of a great beef product. Norpac selects only the cream of the crop to fit into the Family Farmed Beef program. The beef is then dry aged to enhance both flavour and tenderness.
Cuts: Prime Rib, Tomahawk Steak, Porterhouse, T-Bone, and Sirloin. Special Appearances – Tenderloin, Tri Tip and Steak Tail.
PEI Certified – Atlantic Beef
Prince Edward Island cattle maintain a peaceful, pastoral rural lifestyle, free to eat greens, be active and enjoy the brisk salt air. PEI beef is produced by those who are committed to quality, consistency, and flavour, drawing on generations of experience.

King Capon Chicken
King Capon grows most of the chickens themselves and they are fed a balanced diet consisting of wheat shorts, distiller’s grain and soy which allows them to achieve the ideal weight without compromising their quality of life. The chicken is air chilled which prevents water absorption (common with water tumbling or ice packing) and in turn enhances the flavour of the meat.
